At Harkness we go through a rigorous selection process.
Enrollment begins early in October of each year. We encourage candidates to apply early as classrooms tend to fill quickly.
2. Interview
As soon as you receive our letter confirming your application
Parents should make an appointment with Mrs. Guadalupe Moctezuma, Admissions Officer, for an interview at (444) 720-0692. Both the parents and students are required for this interview and it is helpful to bring a copy of the grades from the current school.
3. Entrance Examination
After the interview, the student will be advised on when the admission examination will be administered to a group of enrollees.
The exam itself normally takes three hours and the parents will be advised of the results within a week. Entrance examinations are held on four different dates during admissions season. The examination fee is $500 pesos.
4. Financial Aid
Financial aid is strictly needs-based. If financial aid is required, a social specialist will visit the home.
Will be administered and a social specialist will visit the home to analyze the economic need. Financial data will need to be shared with the specialist as well as fill out the Financial Aid Application.

FOR ADMISSION AT UPPER GRADE LEVELS
A preliminary interview with parents and student is always necessary, but can be made with a prior appointment anytime during the year. The admission examination will be scheduled individually.
